This is not just a tech experiment — it’s an intimate practice of designing a mirror. Your AI Coach will reflect your truth back to you with honesty, tenderness, and precision. We’ll be using ChatGPT or Claude (paid versions), and building on the emotional clarity framework of coach Joe Hudson (coach to leaders at OpenAI, Google, and Apple).

Together, we’ll build:

• Your own Codex Vitae — a living document that captures your life context and emotional landscape
• A deeply personalized AI Coach with tone, practices, and wisdom tailored to you
• A set of practical use cases for support with emotional processing, decision-making, burnout recovery, and more
